How it all works
If you’re wondering what happens after your enquiry is sent off into the world, here's the lowdown and everything you need to know.
Initial Consultation
First things first, we need to check our availability. We’ll let you know either way if we're available or not. If it’s a goer, we'll be in touch to organise a meeting either in the Studio, on Teams or over the Phone.
The meeting is for us to find out about you; Style, Florals, Colours, Vibe, everything you can imagine we would want to know about you and your Wedding. We’ll go away after the meeting and create your bespoke Wedding Flower Proposal, which will include an estimated cost. We’ll also include the names of Flowers we intend to use, a Colour Palette, and some example photos to help you get a feel for things, and for us!
Booking
If you want to go ahead after seeing the Proposal, let us know and we will send across a booking fee invoice of £120. Once this is paid, we are locked in for your wedding and ready to create magic. The final balance is due four weeks before the big day. Roughly 3-2 Months before your Wedding, we'll be in touch to arrange a Final Meeting. Here, we go over absolutely everything and send over a Final Proposal with current Flower Prices.
The Day
The journey doesn’t end when the flowers are installed, we stay for the entire day to make sure they’re looking spectacular, and so that we can style them for the Wedding Breakfast, right down to the very last detail.
When the day is over, you can choose to have your Bouquets and Buttonholes Preserved with us, meaning that we dry preserve them and you get to keep them forever. Intrigued?
Here’s everything you need to know
We also know that planning a wedding can be stressful, to say the least. We offer a styling service to go alongside your flowers, meaning there is one less thing to take care of. Our Styling is purely an addition onto our Wedding Florals Service and not something that can be purchased separately.
